Overview

Liturgy and formation are important priorities for the Archbishop's Office for Evangelisation. The Office seeks to provide guidance, service and support for those involved in liturgical ministry and the whole community of faith:

  • Parishes and deaneries
  • Ministers
  • Communities
  • Schools
  • Liturgical committees

The Office will provide resources and formation opportunities for sacramental preparation and liturgical celebration in general, the Catechumenate and the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA) and formation for liturgical music and ministers.

Consultancy

Our trained staff offer a consultancy service within the office, over the phone or in local communities with parishioners, pastoral ministers and school groups - by request.

Summit Journal

The AOFE produces a quarterly liturgical journal entitled The Summit which contains articles on various aspects of liturgical ministry and includes a pull out resource section for each Sunday of the year for parish liturgy planning and the catechumenate (RCIA). Read more…
